Ingredients You'll Need
About 16 ounces Broccoli Florets
About A Teaspoon of Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Preheat oven to 425° F.
Wash and dry the broccoli florets.
Toss broccoli in a large bowl with the olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread onto a baking sheet lined with nonstick foil.
Roast in oven until crisp and edges are tender, 15-20 minutes turning half way through.
