Rock-A-Dilly Potatoes

A fun twist on potatoes!
Ingredients You'll Need
5 cups sliced canned potatoes
1 1/2 cup (12 oz) sour cream
1 1/4 cup shredded swiss cheese (divided)
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 Tbs minced fresh parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
Directions
Combine sour cream, 1 cup swiss cheese, carrot, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and dill weed.
Mix and combine with potatoes.
Transfer to a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
Top with remaining cheese and paprika
Bake uncovered at 350F for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
