Ingredients You'll Need
SALAD:
8 oz fresh spinach
grated carrots (about 3) or as many as you like
1 quarter pound salted mixed nuts
DRESSING:
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
Directions
Toss carrots and spinach together, do not add nuts until immediately before serving.
Mix dressing ingredients and pour on salad along with nuts right before serving.
