"Cheese dip that goes with tortilla chips"

Serves 8 | Prep Time 10 mins | Cook Time 20 mins

Why I Love This Recipe

Gooey, melty cheese dip. It tastes great and my Uncle Tony always made it for family gatherings.

Ingredients You'll Need

1 pound ground beef
1 10-oz can Rotel tomatoes
1 16-oz box Velveeta cheese

Place the ground beef in a large pot on the stove over medium heat. Brown the beef until no longer pink.

Cut the Velvet into chunks (this will help it melt faster)

Add the whole can of Rotel tomatoes and stir in the Velvet cheese. Stir frequently until the cheese is completely melted

Transfer to a serving bowl and serve warm along with your favorite dipping foods.

Pairs Well With

Tortilla chips, crackers, breads
