Orzo
pesto
cherry tomatoes
kalamata olives
feta cheese crumbles
shredded basil
pine nuts
mushrooms
balsamic vinegar
EVOO
Directions
cook orzo per directions on package plus a dab of pesto.
marinade mushrooms in vinegar, EVOO, and pesto.
broil mushrooms until "yummy".
toast pinenuts.
mix all together and enjoy.
