Why I Love This Recipe

This has become one of Mom's most famous recipes .... everyone who tries it is addicted!

Ingredients You'll Need

1 pkg. Yellow cake mix
1 pkg. French vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup of oil
3/4 cup of Bacardi Gold Rum
1/4cup water
3/4 cup of walnuts or pecans
1 cup sugar
1 stick Butter
1/2 cup liquid – combination rum and water or just rum


Preheat oven to 350.
Grease and flour bundt pan. Mix together all dry ingredients, except nuts and beat on medium speed until well mixed. Put nuts into previously greased and floured pan. Pour batter over nuts. Bake at 350 50-55. Top should be golden brown. Leave in pan and pour glaze over cake as soon as you remove the cake from the oven. Leave in pan about 10 minutes and then remove.
