Rutabaga Fries with Buffalo Mayo....LOW CARB

This is a family favorite healthy snack created by one of our amazing Skinny Body Care Distributors.
Ingredients You'll Need
1/3 cup mayo
2 tbsp Frank’s Buffalo sauce
1.Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2.Cut a rutabaga into shoestring fries (they are a very hard vegetable, so be prepared with a sharp knife!!)
3.Spread rutabaga fries on a baking sheet.
4.Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt and toss.
5.Bake for 20 minutes, stirring a couple times during baking.
6.For the buffalo mayo, mix mayo with 2TBSP Frank's Buffalo sauce until smooth.
