SAVORY MUSHROOMS

Why I Love This Recipe
I've done these in a crock pot and they work just as well. You just don't need a whole day in a crock pot for them to be ready. But I often do this for potlucks and do about 3 pounds of mushrooms and increase the other ingredients.
Cooks Note:
If serving with chicken use tarragon instead of oregano and chicken bouillon instead of beef.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. kitchen bouquet
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 beef bouillon cube or 1 tsp. granular
pinch of salt
1/3 cup water
3 tbsp. dry white wine
1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
3 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
