Ingredients You'll Need
Mix:
3/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
Stir in:
2 1/4 c. flour
2 t. cream of tartar
1 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
Directions
Roll into balls (size of walnut). Roll in mixture of: 2 T. sugar and 1 T. cinnamon
Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with fingers.
Bake until lightly brown but soft. 350 degrees 12 min. About 5 dozen
