SPICED CHICKEN WINGS

Why I Love This Recipe
These wings have just the right blend of spices. They are easy to make and have a tasty treat.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
12 chicken wings
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F (205C).
Lightly oil an 11"x7" baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, allspice, ginger, nutmeg and cloves; set aside.
Remove wing-tip section by cutting through wing joint which was farthest from chiken body; reserve wing-tips for soup or stock.
Cut 2-part wing pieces apart by cutting through remaining joint.
Place wing pieces in a single layer in oiled baking dish.
Bake 15 minutes.
Turn each piece over.
Sprinkle wing pieces evenly with salt mixture. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until juices run clear when pierced with a folk.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
Makes 24 appetizer servings.
