Ingredients You'll Need

Meat mix
3 Lbs ground beef
1 tsp granular beef bullion
garlic powder
salt and pepper
8 0z white mushrooms rough chopped
1 yellow cooking onion rough chopped small or diced
regular seasoned bread crumbs (not Italian seasoned) or garlic butter croutons or stove top stuffing ground up in food processor

Gravy
3-4 C water
3 tsp granular beef bullion (or 3 cubes)
2 splashes Worcestershire sauce
12 oz white mushroom sliced
1 yellow cooking onion cut in 1/2 then sliced
1 -1 1/2 C Sour cream or more if you like
Cornstarch slurry


Directions

Meat mix
Add all meat mix ingredients together and shape in meatloaf shape in roaster or large baking pan. Leaving room on all sides for gravy. Add 1 cup water and 1 tsp granular beef bullion to bottom of pan cover and cook at 350 F for about and hour add more water if necessary so it don't burn. Remove cover Add 3 cups water in pan add 3 tsp granular bullion, onion, mushrooms, worcestershire sauce and finnish cooking uncovered. When done remove from oven a let sit a few mins pour off pan drippings and gravy into another pan or remove meatloaf and make gravy in that pan if you can. Heat to boil then turn dwn to med simmer add cornstarch slurry stirring constantly until the desired thickness. con't simmering a minute then add sour cream stirring constantly turn off heat and continue to stir until not simmering anymore. Pour gravy over meatloaf slice and serve
