Why I Love This Recipe

Don't you crave these when everyone else can eat them? It isn't very often that I can find a sugar free fudgesicle in the supermarkets.

Ingredients You'll Need

1 small package sugar-free instant chocolate pudding
1/3 cup fructose (can be found in health food stores)
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 cups whole milk

Directions

In a medium bowl, stir together dry pudding mix and fructose.

Pour in both milks and whisk briskly, until well blended.

Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until firm.

Yield: 6 large popsicles

Questions, Comments & Reviews

I am a diabetic. This recipe sounds like it may taste good, but the ingredients contain sugar. There is sugar in fructose, evaporated milk and any milk. Please be careful not to use this recipe if you are a diabetic. There is another recipe on this website that is sugarfree, used with a protein powder, splenda etc. that would be much safer for diabetics.

If you don't have time to make these from scratch, Tofutti makes sugar free, far free fudgesicles that have about 45 calories. They're really good!

This sounds like a winner, will try as soon as I buy the molds
