3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 stick oleo
1 sm. can Pet milk
1-1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
TOPPING:
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. broken nuts (I use pecans)
1/2 c. light brown sugar
3/4 or 1 stick oleo
Directions
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 stick oleo
1 sm. can Pet milk
1-1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix potatoes, oleo, milk, sugar, eggs, spices and flavoring well. Pour into a greased baking dish.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
TOPPING:
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. broken nuts (I use pecans)
1/2 c. light brown sugar
3/4 or 1 stick oleo
Melt oleo.
Add sugar, nuts and corn flakes to oleo and mix well.
Spread over top of potatoes and bake an additional
15 minutes at 400 degrees.
