Sage Pork Roast

Why I Love This Recipe
This is a very tasty and simple way to cook a pork loin. I buy boneless loins so I don't waste any of the meat.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 pork loin roast
2 large cloves garlic, cut into slivers
1 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tsp. sage
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Cut about 12 small slits randomly around the meat.
Insert the garlic slivers into the slits.
Rub the surface of the meat with the oil. Sprinkle with the sage, thyme, salt and pepper. Rub into the meat.
Place meat on a rack in a roasting pan.
Bake uncovered for 1 3/4 to 2 hours.
When done remove from oven and tent with foil for 15 minutes before slicing.
Meanwhile pour wine or broth into roast pan, stirring to loosen the browned bits.
Cook over medium heat until mixture starts to bubble.
Cook until slightly thickened.
Drizzle over sliced meat.
