Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

500 grs de beterrabadas cozidas(cozinho em água fervente e inteirinhas, salvando assim sua linda coloração)
1 colh de sopa de suco de limão
1 colh de sopa de óleo de noz, usei azeite de oliva
60 grs de nozes, usei sacha inchi
1/2 xíc de chá de folhas de salsa
1/2 colh de chá de açúcar fino
1/4 colh chá de canela em pó
sal grosso e pimenta do reino, moídos na hora


Directions

Cortar as beterrabas em cubos grandes.


Numa tigrela misturar bem o suco de limão, o óleo, açúcar, canela, sal e pimenta.


Pique as nozes grosseiramente e envolva nos cubos de beterraba juntamente com a salsa. Deite por cima o molho, envolva e delicicie-se de imediato!
