Ingredients You'll Need
In a blender, blend:
1/2 cup boiling water
1 pkg Knox gelatin
3 T. fresh lemon juice
Add:
1 16ox. can salmon
1/2 in. slice red onion
1/2 cup sour half & half
1 cup light mayonnaise
Directions
Blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into an oiled 4-cup mold and chill for 3 hours.
Turn out on platter and garnish with black olive eye, fins, etc.
Serve with black bread or crackers.
