Sandy's Do Ahead Butter Rum

Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1/2 lb. butter, softened
1/2 lb. brown sugar
1/2 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
rum
water
cinnamon sticks
Directions
Soften icecream in a bowl for at least an hour (it should be easy to mix, but not melted)
Add butter, sugars, nutmeg and cinnamon and stir until smooth.
Freeze until ready to serve.
Sppon 3 Tbls. of icecream mixture into a mug, add 3 Tbls. rum and fill with boiling water
Garnish with a cinnamon stick
