Santa Pancake
Why I Love This Recipe
Add some fun to your morning with these Santa look-alike pancakes from Marlene Hardick!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 Pancake (previously made as your choice of pancake)
A handful of Strawberries cut in half (can be fresh or frozen)
--Can also use strawberry or cherry pie filling or red jam for "Santa's hat"
1 Large Marshmellow
2 Chocolate Chips
1 in of licorice (adjust the length as necessary)
1 Cup of Cool whip or whipped cream for beard
A sprinkle of coconut (optional)
Directions
Place a round pancake on a plate. Create a hat with strawberry halves
Create a beard with Cool Whip or whipped cream. Add creamy fur to his hat. Sprinkle coconut over his beard
Add a strawberry nose, chocolate chip eyes, and a licorice mouth
Add a large marshmallow to the top of his hat and enjoy!
