Why I Love This Recipe
After a crazy, busy week, it’s time to refresh - from the inside out. This smoothie originated in leftover produce that I found in the fridge… all blended together to create something really yummy! What a way to start the day - with more than 3 servings of fruits and veggies each - before 9am!
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup water or coconut water
4 kale leaves
1 bunch of broccoli
a stalk of green grapes (about 1/2 cup)
1 carrot
1 banana
1 peach
1 apple
1 cup of ice
Directions
Blend all ingredients, except ice, for 30 seconds.
Add ice and blend for an additional 15-20 seconds.
Serve and enjoy!
