Ingredients You'll Need

1 large jar sauerkraut
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion diced
1 medium can tomatoes
Caraway seeds
1/2 tsp sugar
1 Klobaska
1/2 cup water
3 strips bacon,
2 tbs flour
1/4 cup hot water


Rinse sauerkraut and put in large pot

Add 1/2 cup water, garlic, tomatoes, caraway seed and sugar

Brown bacon and onion, then add 2 tbs flour and hot water, mix well and add to sauerkraut mixture

Place Klobaska on top and cook 1 hour
