Ingredients You'll Need
1 - pizza dough ball
1 to 1 1/2 - sausage [loose]
1 - 4 oz tomato sauce
1 - 12 oz of shredded mozzarella
Grated parmesan cheese for topping
1 - egg
Set pizza dough aside to rise. Fry the sausage and drain off all fat.
Roll out the dough and lightly cover it with a thin layer of tomato sauce.
Add sausage and sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top of sausage, then sprinkle with grated parmesan.
Fold dough in order to make loaf and pinch ends together.
Beat the eggs and baste the top of the roll. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
