Sausage Cheese Balls
Why I Love This Recipe
These are great to keep on hand during the holidays. They freeze very well. I always make these on New Year’s Day.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb Owens regular sausage
3 ½-cup biscuit mix (I use Bisquick)
1 10 oz pkg of shredded sharp cheese
Dash of cayenne pepper
Combine 1 lb of Owens regular sausage with 3 ½-cup biscuit mix, 1 10 oz package shredded sharp cheese and a dash of cayenne pepper.
Mix until well blended and a soft dough.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Arrange on buttered baking sheet 1 inch apart.
Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Freezes well.
