Sausage Fettuccini

Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb. ground Italian sausage
1 to 2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 T. all-purpose flour
1-1/2 to 2 c. heavy cream
2 to 3 T. grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
8-oz. pkg. fettuccini, cooked
Directions
Brown sausage, garlic, and onion; whisk in flour, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly without boiling. Mix in cooked fettuccini and gently toss until coated.
