Why I Love This Recipe

With the pandemic and the inability to enjoy our normal Sunday brunch together with family – we found this recipe to make a tasty (and safe) recreation at home.

Ingredients You'll Need

1lb bulk ground sausage
3c. milk
1c. water
6 T Flour


Directions

Brown sausage slowly in skillet until done. Add flour and stir/cook on low until flour starts to brown a little bit. This cooks out the “flour taste”. Slowly add milk and water, stirring on medium heat until the gravy starts to thicken. Will thicken more after standing. Serve hot over biscuits.
