Sauteed Chicken with baby bellas, heirloom cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil

Ingredients You'll Need
m4-6 chicken breasts, if large cut in half horizontally or pound to 1/2" thickness.
Freshly ground sea salt and Freshly ground black pepper to taste
EVOO
8 oz. fresh baby bellas, sliced
4-6 green onions, cut into 1" pieces
8 oz. heirloom cherry tomatoes, I prefer the assortment of purple, red, orange, and yellow
2 sprigs of fresh basil, cut into thin strips
1/2 c. good reduced chicken stock, or cream (your choice)
package of GF pasta such as fettucine, cooked according to package directions.
Directions
Put water on to cook pasta. Meanwhile heat oil in a large skillet, when hot add chicken, salt and pepper chicken, the lightly brown; turn chicken and repeat. Put pasta on to cook. Add green onions, baby bellas, and tomatoes, moving chicken to make room. Saute veggies for a few minutes until done to your liking. Add broth or cream and turn to low. Drain pasta. Add pasta to skillet with basil and cook and stir well until all is well mixed. Serve immediately.
