Ingredients You'll Need

1,3-1,5 kg uborka
kapor
szemes bors
1 liter víz
3 evőkanál cukor
1 evőkanál só
1,3-1,5dl ecet (10%)-os
2 literes befőttes üveg


Directions

Uborka végét levágjuk, 3 helyen behasítjuk


bele az üvegbe.


Üvegbe mellé a kapor és a szemesbors.


Víz, cukor, só összeforraljuk. Hozzá az ecet, majd ismét felforraljuk, majd forrón rá az uborkára.


Fél nap múlva megnézzük, ha kell, utánaöntünk.


2 nap múlva teszteljük.
