Ingredients You'll Need

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups Kellogg’s® Raisin Bran cereal, crushed
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil


Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).


In a shallow bowl, combine the crushed Kellogg’s® Raisin Bran cereal with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.


Place the flour in another shallow bowl, and the beaten eggs in a third shallow bowl.


Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the seasoned Raisin Bran cereal, pressing gently to adhere.


Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the coated chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.


Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).


Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
