Oats are ancient grains that have been cultivated for thousands of years and are packed with fiber and essential nutrients, making them not only tasty but also a healthy choice!
Ingredients You'll Need
7 Apples
666g brown sugar
600g wholemeal flour
500g oats
3 tsp bicarbonate soda
3 tsp cinnamon
8 tbsp flax seeds
166g raisins
300ml oat milk
1000g oat yoghurt
3 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Line a large baking tin or multiple tins with greaseproof paper.
Mix together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, oats, flax seeds, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon, and raisins.
Add the oat milk, yoghurt, vanilla, and one chopped apple to the dry ingredients.
Mix well and pour into the prepared baking tin(s).
With your remaining apples, add slices to the top as a lovely finish.
Bake for about 30 minutes, checking for doneness since larger batches might need slightly more time.
Let cool and slice up, ready for eating.
