Scallop Stuffed Shells

Ingredients You'll Need
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
2 cups steamed scallops
1 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 tbsp. Italian salad dressing
6 oz. cooked large pasta shells
Directions
Combine cottage cheese, lemon juice and dill in a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour cheese mixture into a bowl then add scallops, celery and onion.
Mix. In a separate bowl, mix drained pasta and Italian dressing. Spoon salad mixture into shells.
