Scalloped Corn

Ingredients You'll Need
1 stick margarine
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can cream style corn
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 egg
8 ozs. sour cream
Directions
1 stick margarine
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can cream style corn
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 egg
8 ozs. sour cream
Melt margarine. Add both kinds of corn. Stir in muffin mix, egg, & sour cream. Mix well. Put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake at 350º for 30 to 45 minutes.
