Seafood Quesadilla Pie

Why I Love This Recipe

Ingredients You'll Need
1 10oz jar green salsa or enchilada sauce
4 small flour tortillas
1/2 lb shrimp, cooked
1/2 lb crab meat, cooked
2 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded and separated
Various Garnishes (salsa, avocado, lime wedges, etc.)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400*F.
Combine seafood. In a small, round dish, layer tortilla, salsa, seafood, cheese.
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes. Let set 5 minutes and cut into slices. Serve with garnishes of your choice.
