Why I Love This Recipe

Ingredients You'll Need
1 package Surimi
1/2 tsp fresh minced garlic
2 or 3 tsp of mayonnaise (and a dash or two of sriracha mayo, if you like it spicy)
1/2 cup diced celery stalks
Dash or two of fresh ground pepper
A pinch of salt
Shred the surimi sticks, set aside.
Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl.
Add the surimi and mix as well.
Refrigerate for one hour and it will be ready to serve.
Enjoy it with some water crackers and may be accompanied with a low-calorie beer (Michelob Ultra) ;-)
