Ingredients You'll Need

¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. Tahini
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced or put through press
2 pinches ground ginger
1 lb. angel hair pasta
3 scallions (green onions), sliced thin
1 large carrot, grated or slice thin
Cayenne, toasted sesame seed


Directions

Whisk together soy sauce, tahini, sesame oil, cayenne, ginger and garlic. Mix into cooked noodles. Add scallions and carrot. Garnish with sesame seeds.
