Ingredients You'll Need
1 head of lettuce, torn or chopped
1 bunch celery, chopped
1 small white onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 large cucumber, chopped
1 10oz. package of frozen peas, thawed
2 cups mayonnaise, spread over the top
2 Tbs. granulated sugar
1 Cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Crisply cooked, crumbled bacon
Directions
Make the layers in a large salad bowl in the order of the first seven ingredients.
Sprinkle the top with a mixture of the sugar, cheese and bacon.
Keep refrigerated in the fridge.
