Shakeology No Bake Balls
Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup. Natural Peanut Butter
1 cup. Quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup. Raw Honey
1 scoop. Chocolate Shakeology (or protein powder)
Combine all the ingredients into a bowl.
Mix well with a spatula or wooden spoon.
Roll mixture into 12-24 balls about 1 inch each.
Another Option: Flatten each ball like a cookie, instead of a ball.
