Shawn's Honey Peppered Salmon

Why I Love This Recipe
My husband discovered and perfected this recipe. I generally don't like salmon, but I always have seconds of this dish! Serve over rice, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 c olive oil
3 T honey
2T Dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp cayenne (more or less to taste)
1 tsp ground coriander
2 T lemon juice
salt to taste
12 oz salmon, cut into steaks
Directions
Heat oven to 350.
Combine olive oil through salt in a shallow dish.
Add salmon and marinate 30 minutes at room temperature.
Bake on middle oven rack 6-7 minutes per side, or until salmon is opaque throughout.
