Sherry's chocolate chip, coconut, oatmeal, and cornflake cookie

Why I Love This Recipe
My cousin Sherry makes this cookie that I think is really special because of the cornflakes added at the end, and I have added my own little twist to forming the cookie to add a little fun to it
Ingredients You'll Need
2 c sugar
2 c brown sugar
1 c oil
1 c melted butter
4 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 t salt
2 t baking powder
2 t baking soda
2 c shredded coconut
2 1/2 c oatmeal
4 c flour
12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
5 cups corn flakes
Directions
mix sugars, oil, butter, eggs, and vanilla together.
add salt, baking powder, baking soda, and flour to rest of ingredients
mix in coconut, oatmeal, and chocolate chips.
when everything is well incorporated, fold in the corn flakes
scoop out golf ball size pieces, roll in ball, then pull ball apart and stick the 2 back halves together (this gives a really rough look to the cookie)
Cook for 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees or until golden brown
