Why I Love This Recipe

Inspired by Shohei Ohtani’s historic 50-50 achievement, these hot wings are packed with flavor, as explosive as Ohtani’s performance on the field. A perfect pairing of heat and flavor that’s sure to knock it out of the park!

Ingredients You'll Need

12 chicken wings
1/4 cup hot sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh cilantro for garnish

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Toss chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.

In a small bowl, mix hot sauce, honey, and soy sauce. Once wings are cooked, toss them in the sauce.

Garnish with fresh cilantro.

Pairs Well With

A cold beer and cheering for Ohtani’s next home run!
