Shredded Mexican Beef

Why I Love This Recipe
Super easy and great for tacos
Ingredients You'll Need
4 lb Beef Roast
2 tsp Black Pepper
1 Onion, Diced
1 Can Rotel Tomatoes & Green Chilies
2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cayenne Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Cumin
1 Can Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (don't use the peppers, just the sauce of the can)
1 Beef Bouillon
Directions
*Place roast in crockpot and add rest of ingredients
*Cover about 1/3 - 1/2 of roast with water or broth
*Cook on high at least 8 hours, until meat falls apart (add water or broth as necessary)
*Shred meat and keep on low until serving
