Shredded venison Sandwiches

Ingredients You'll Need
1 boneless venison roast (4lbs)
1 1/2 C ketchup
3 TB brown sugar
1 tb each ground mustard, lemon juice, soy sauce, liquid smoke (opt).
2 ts each celery salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce
1 ts each onion pwd & garlic pwd
1/8 ts ground nutmeg
3 drops hot pepper sauce
14 - 15 hamburger buns, split
Directions
Cut roast in half; place in 5 qt slow cooker In large bowl, combine ketchup, sugar, mustard, lemon juice soy sauce, liquid smoke & seasonings. Pour over roast. Cover cook on high for 4 1/2 hours.
Shred & serve on buns.
