Nutritional Shrimp Alfredo

Ingredients You'll Need

12 oz Fettuccine
1/2 cup butter
2 garlic cloves minced
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
Black Pepper
2 pounds large shrimp peeled and devaned


1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook fettuccine according to package directions
2. In large skillet, melt the butter over medium- low heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring often , for 1-2 mins or until fragrant
3. Whisk in heavy whipping cream and allow to bubble up to a simmer, let simmer for 2-3 mins
4. Whisk in the Parmesan and bring to a gentle simmer, for about 3-4 mins or until sauce has thickened slightly. Add salt and pepper to taste and remove from heat
5. In an other skillet over medium heat,melt 2 tbsp of butter, Add shrimp
6. Drain pasta once pasta is done
7. Combine Fettuccine and the sauce and serve
