Shrimp Arthur

Why I Love This Recipe
I made this for dinner, but cut the pepper to 2 tsp. and it was plenty spicy for us. It was delicious and so fast!
Ingredients You'll Need
12 large shrimp
1/4 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbls. coarse black pepper (reduce)
1/4 cup Lea & Perrin Sauce
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 onion, chopped
6 garlic cloves, crushed
Directions
In a medium pan, add onion and cook for 1 minute. Add garlic, shrimp, salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes. Add wine; cook for 1 minute. Add Lea and Perrin Sauce. Cook for 2 minutes and serve with bread.
I loved the appearance and texture of this dish. It would be a great one to serve to company or to bring to a potluck.
The recipe did not say what to do with the 1/4 cup of butter so I halved the amount, melted it in the cassarole pan in the oven then added other ingredients mixing in the melted butter.
I steamed the broccoli to retain more nutrients and sprinkled curry on top.
Try this side dish--you'll enjoy it too.
