Shrimp Puffs

Why I Love This Recipe
Bet you can't eat just 1~~
Ingredients You'll Need
2 slices of white bread, crusts removed
1 egg lightly beaten
1/3 cup mayonnaise
8-oz baby shrimp, chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
1/4 cup of finely chopped, onion(Have used scallions)
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp ground pepper
Directions
Combine the egg, bread pieces and mayonnaise.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Chill for a few minutes then shape into small balls about 1-1/2".
Arrange on a non stick baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
This is a very tasty recipe and it can be mixed up early in the day.
I hand tear the bread into small pieces.
They will puff up and brown nicely.
