Shrimp Salsa

Ingredients You'll Need
1/3 pound frozen cooked shrimp, thawed
1/4 cup chopped avocado
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. chopped tomato
3 Tbsp. chopped radishes
4 1/2 tsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro or parsley
2 tsp. chopped jalapeno pepper
2 tsp. olive or vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Tortilla chips
Directions
Cut shrimp into small pieces. Place in a bowl. Add the next 10 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
