Shrimp and Crab Ceviche Cocktail

Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb cooked shrimp
1/2 cooked lump crabmeat
1 tomato peeled and finely chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
1 shallot, finely chopped
4 sprigs of cilantro, finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
Directions
Place all ingredients in bowl and mix.
Let mixture sit for 15 minutes.
Serve on lettuce or toast points
