Shrimp and Sauce over Rice

Ingredients You'll Need
2 tablespoons margarine
6 oz. raw, peeled shrimp
1 cup chopped onion
12 oz. can of evaporated milk
3 tablespoon Flour
1/4 cup Ketchup
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. dried minced garlic
cooked rice
Directions
Saute shrimp and onion in margarine for 6 to 8 minutes.
In a bowl mix milk, flour and ketchup well.
Add to shrimp and add other ingredients.
Simmer about 5 minutes until sauce thickens, stirring often.
Serve over rice.
