Why I Love This Recipe

This recipe comes from an old friend, who used to make these when ever she had a party. I think they are great for an appetizer for Thanksgiving.

Ingredients You'll Need

1 sleeve of ritz crackers( use any kind you like)
1 pkg. of cream cheese.
1 jar of shrimp cocktail sauce.
1 can of small shrimp(drained)

Directions

Spread a little bit of cream cheese on each ritz cracker. Then put about a tsp. each of shrimp cocktail sauce on top of the cream cheese. Then put a few of the shrimps on top of the sauce and enjoy!

Questions, Comments & Reviews

I have also just made a dip of this by spreading the cream cheese in a pie plate. Then layer the cocktail sauce, then arrange the shrimp on top of the sauce. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve the crackers on the side. We always use fresh shrimp thats been boiled in Old Bay Seasoning. Either way, this is great!!!
