Simone's Something Like Salsa

Why I Love This Recipe
I love Salsa, but it's not chunky enough for me, so I came up with my own recipe, that's something like salsa...It makes heaps, so it's ok to share!
Ingredients You'll Need
1-2 baseball size tomatoes (diced) (depending on how tomatoe-y you like it)
1 onion, red or white (diced)
1 green bell pepper (diced)
1 can corn (drain)
1 can black beans (drain)
1 can (any other type of bean you like)(drain)
1/4 -1/2 cup (depending on how spicy you like it) diced jalapeno peppers (out of a jar is fine)
1 clove of glarlic crushed
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 -1 cup (depending on how juicy you want it) italian salad dressing
Directions
Put everything in a large bowl and toss. This recipe is great 10 minutes after you make it but gets better and better the longer it's in the fridge. It's great on baked potatoes, in an omlette, over chicken, or just with tortilla chips! Enjoy!! xoxo
