6. 1/2 cup low sodium vegetable broth
7. salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions
1. Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat. ass shallot, garlic, and thyme
2. Cook over medium-high heat until soft and golden about 5 minutes
3, Add the tomatoes and simmer, stirring occasionally, until cooked through, about 10 minutes
4. Add the beans and broth and cook, stirring occasionally almost constantly until sauce begins to look creamy. Season with salt and pepper
