Simple Guacamole - Avocado, Cilantro and Lime

"The easiest guacamole you'll ever make - and possibly the tastiest!"
Serves 2 | Prep Time 3 | Cook Time 1Why I Love This Recipe
I've been a kick lately with homemade guacamole. This recipe is super simple - just three ingredients you can find in any grocery store. You can also add more lime and cilantro or avocado as you need to make more. This is enough for two adults to have about 10 chips each - so a nice small amount. Most guac recipes are for 4 or more and you end up eating too much or wasting what you don't finish. I actually forgot the onion in my regular recipe and decided to just serve ie when my husband thought it was delish -- which I like because it won't give me bad breath tomorrow from the usual union. :) The photo I used was for my recipe with celery and onion - but I didn't want to not had a photo.
Ingredients You'll Need
One Ripe Avocado
Half a Lime
4-6 Sprigs of Cilantro
Directions
Cut avocado and scoop out flesh. Add to bowl and cut up (you can also use a spoon or fork to smash it).
Cut lime in half and squeeze the juice of one side into bowl.
Rip leaves of cilantro from stems - then dice up. I used about two or three tablespoons. Add to bowl and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
That's it!
Pairs Well With
Chips of course!
